Offers and Prices
Vehicles listed on this site are offered subject to availability. Prices are in euros (€), VAT included where applicable. BARQAWI Vente et courtage de véhicules reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Sales Process
Any enquiry submitted via the contact form does not constitute a sales contract. A sale is only finalised upon signing a written purchase order and payment of an agreed deposit between the parties.
Warranty
Used vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. New vehicles benefit from the manufacturer's warranty. BARQAWI Vente et courtage de véhicules accepts no liability for defects not disclosed at the time of sale.
Export
For vehicles intended for export, the buyer is solely responsible for complying with customs and tax regulations in the destination country. BARQAWI Vente et courtage de véhicules can provide standard export documents upon request.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by German law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stuttgart (Germany).
